Join these deeply interesting, fun, and interactive classes from your phone, tablet, or computer - or watch the replay! Throughout this course, you will learn how to read tarot cards and spreads, using both traditional and humanistic (astrology) meanings. Here is what Linda covers with you each week to make this come alive for you:

  • Class 1: Revealing the Meaning of Life through Tarot - We will learn the principles and history of tarot to understand its terminology and foundations. We will take the "Fool's Journey" through the Major Arcana, searching for the meaning of life. We will also reveal the traditional core meanings of each Major Arcana card. In addition, we will discuss reversals, the philosophy of question-asking, and how to pick a tarot deck.

  • Class 2: Discovering the Cycles of Opportunity and Change through Tarot: We will walk through problems and choices, questions and answers, using the cycles provided by the Minor Arcana. We will also reveal the traditional core meanings of each Minor Arcana card. In addition, we will learn, through demonstrations, how to do two simple types of tarot readings: the daily reading and several 3-card spreads (layouts).

  • Class 3: Exploring the Astrological Correspondences: We will learn which Sign, Planet, and/or Element is represented by each tarot card. We will learn how to do one of the most popular spreads, and how to integrate the astrological correspondences into tarot readings. We will walk through a process to prepare for a tarot reading.

  • Class 4: Going Deeper into Preparing for and Doing Tarot Readings: We will learn more about guiding a tarot reading, and will learn a simple system to tell a story in a tarot reading. We will practice preparing for a tarot reading, and applying the principles of interpretation. In this final class, you will have the opportunity to volunteer to do in-class practice of guiding a tarot reading.

  • Can I do this course at my own pace and schedule, if I can't join the live classes?

    Yes it is possible to do this course on your own schedule. The live classes are always recorded, with the replays available within 48 hours of the live sessions.
